Abstract

The paper reveals what role pre-wall zone of rock mass being disturbed due to hole sinking plays in respect of gas inflow (fluid) through hole flank surface. High efficiency of gas permeability increase through rock in the hole vicinity has been determined analytically that leads to significant increase of gas inflow.

Abstract

Field of bitumen-mineral raw material (asphalt concrete scrap) application depends on deformational and strength characteristics that are changing in the process of asphalt concrete pavement service life due to transport load and weather and climatic factors. It is important to make a correct design of bitumen-mineral mixture with due account of test data of bitumen-mineral raw material and the required amount of organic binding and regenerating agents that are added with the purpose to rejuvenate the old bitumen.

Abstract

The paper gives description of casting motion regime in the process of vertical continuous casting with open and closed levels. Correct selection of the regime significantly ensures stability and quality of the produced castings.

Analysis of the factors that make it possible to determine parameters of casting motion regimes is given in the paper. The selection of the regimes is carried out on the basis of stability conditions of the casting process.

Abstract

The paper presents results of the proposed generalized procedure in respect of measuring parameters of free charge carriers in the prescribed area of non-homogeneous object. It is shown that while solving measuring tasks on determination of their concentration non-homogeneous objects having boundaries between areas with various prevailing types of charge carriers can be modeled by division in body of interacting homogeneous areas. Realization of this model is executed by means of measuring procedure selection, identification of charge carrier type in the corresponding homogeneous area and taking measurements in accordance with the method which is based on the homogeneous object model.

Abstract

The paper considers a problem of observation for the named system as it is interpreted by N.N. Krasovskii. The paper shows how to construct linear continuous operation of restoration of the current system state in accordance with the known output.

Abstract

The paper considers some operational peculiar features and basic equations of hydrodynamics with reference to movement of "needle fuel" system in precision cylindrical "needle case" triboconjugation of DL-series sprayer of diesel engine fuel-injection nozzle. The paper presents methodology that makes it possible to evaluate relations between mass and geometrical parameters of elements of cylindrical triboconjugation and fuel specifications in the process of needle fit in the seat of sprayer body

Abstract

Selection of the scheme concerning organization of movement of turning transport flows at crossings with traffic light regulation is presently determined by simplified criteria of pedestrian safety without taking into account other traffic expenses. So the existing schemes of regulation often lead to rather high economic and ecological expenses.

The paper proposes a model of pedestrian and turn transport flow interaction. This model is modified on the basis of experimental results. In addition to this the paper contains system of dependencies that permits to determine with high accuracy volume of economic and ecological expenses in order to select optimum scheme of the organization of traffic movement at the regulated crossing.

ЕСOLOGY. RESOURCE SAVING

Abstract

The paper gives data on accumulation of industrial waste and domestic garbage in the world and ecological threat to the existence of civilization itself. The paper reveals necessity of urgent development of waste-free production processes and utilization of solid domestic garbage and industrial waste on the basis of environmental safety.

Abstract

On the basis of empirical data and periodogram methods it has been determined with probability 99 % that ionization potentials of the most probable atom state form the following series: Ui/Uj = (1, 618)k′/т′, where at m′ = 1, 2, 3, k = 0, 1, 2, 3, ... and Ui/Uj= 10k/m, where m= 1, 2, 3, ...; k =0,1,2,3,...

Abstract

Integral (macroscopic) properties of non-homogeneous medium are described with the help of equivalent (effective) medium. Effective elastic operators (modules) depend on the type of correlative functions of medium material coefficient that represent its structural properties. Main relations of effective medium approximations and estimation of correlative functions are considered in the present paper.

Abstract

Cultural and enlightening activity of Jesuits in Belarus has been studied as a rule by Belarussian scientists from the point of view of forced catholic spreading ideology. Jesuit order was considered as an instrument of aggravation of inter-confessional relations in Belarus. It is regretful that it happened because this problem was not selected for special cultural investigation by national historians. Hence it appears that a proper place of Jesuit activity in the history of culture and spiritual life in Belarus is not determined yet.

Abstract

The paper gives insight into social and perceptive abilities of a personality that are a part of professional competence of an engineer-to-be. These abilities ensure efficient interrelation with colleagues, administration, subordinates and assist to establish and support necessary business relations. They also make it possible to interpret and forecast correctly behaviour of partners in communication and successfully work in a team. The paper contains results of the investigations pertaining to social and perceptive abilities of the Belarussian National Technical University students.

Abstract
Main purpose of the paper is to study one of territorial committees of the second quarter of the XIX-th century that is the Committee of Western Provinces. The Russian government established this Committee with the purpose to arrange administration of the Western territory after the rebellion in 1830-1831. High state officials and representatives of local authorities (governors and governorgenerals) were members of the Committee. The Committee of Western Provinces was busy with the solution of problems concerning full integration of the Western territory with the Russian Empire.

Abstract

Economically justified composition and size of leasing payments are considered as a central and important part of leasing transactions in motor transport. The purpose of leasing payment is to compensate cost of motor transport facilities, accumulate capital and stimulate business activity. Though from the point of view of transport enterprise management some structural elements of leasing payments do not differ the paper recommends to take into account their specific functions because this point has an important theoretical and practical meaning. High and low rates of leasing payments are also given in the paper.

Abstract

In the process of market reforms introduction of maintenance system as a body of interrelated means, normative documents and executor of services and works with the purpose to ensure efficient designated machinery application and its serviceable condition within the whole service life period takes rather important significance. In order to provide commodity producers with the required types of service it is necessary to create competitive market of service executors. It is recognized that the dealer′s system is the most efficient one out of a great variety of existing and new structures, forms and methods of technical maintenance organization. The system of technical maintenance in the agroindustrial complex of Belarus should ensure profitable conditions of the production activity to all its participants: machinery manufacturers, their users and commercial agents.

Abstract

The paper proposes a design of an inductive transducer for measurement of pressure pulsations in pipelines of refrigerator compressors and methodology on calculation of its main parameters. The proposed transducer is differential by temperature and insensitive to a steady-state pressure component. The paper gives description of a method how to increase sensitivity of the transducer owing to magneto-elastic effect.
