Abstract

The paper considers some peculiar features of variation factor usage at statistical experimental data processing. Methods for robust designing of the G. Taguchi’s industrial processes have been applied. An estimation of the necessary number of experiments proceeding from concept “signal- noise” is given in the paper.

Abstract

The basic statements of a dynamic stabilization process are formulated. Investigation results of dynamic stabilization modes are given in the paper. Recommendations for purpose of main parameters of dynamic stabilization - loading level and sequence diagram of load change are provided. Limitations of loading mode for level of fatigue damage accumulation have been determined.

Abstract

Peculiar super-frnish features of parts with a varying cross-section along an axis have been analyzed in the paper. Shape of the platform for contact of honing stick with a barrel'Shiq)e гоПет surface has been specified.

INSTRUMENT ENGINEERING. INFORMATICS

18-21 369
Abstract

The paper considers lenses with an intermediate image consisting of four mirrors. Two mirrors can be united in a mono-block (double mirror) and have central apertures for light beam passing. Calculation of design factors is given and the problem of image plane protection from stray light has been investigated. Such objectives can be applied in space astronomy, photometric and optical devices operating in UV and IR spectral ranges.

Abstract

Recommendations for measurement uncertainty estimation procedure of lighting equipment photometric characteristics in transport facilities with non-replaceable light sources are given in the paper. The paper proposes a mathematical model for evaluation of standard and expanded uncertainty at indirect measurement of luminous intensity in view of possible correlation between input quantities. Factors of sensitivity determining contribution of every random quantity in experimentally measured value are calculated.

TRANSPORT

27-29 337
Abstract

The paper considers fundamentals of control electromagnet clutch drives. Mathematics dependence of electromagnet armature position is proposed and condition of stable drive operation is determined. Recommendations for selection of drive element characteristics are given in the paper.

Abstract

Mathematical model of a highly uprated diesel engine with turbo-supercharging and intercooler of supercharging air is given in die paper. Theoretical study based on the model has made it possible to design and test an intercooler with a temperature regulator of supercharging air. Test results prove efficiency of temperature regulation of supercharging air in operation of an engine at low loads with excess air factor more than 3.2.

Abstract

Models for research of an adaptive system of automatic automobile control with a hydromechanical transmission have been developed. A mathematical modeling of a heavy hauler motion along a standard route with due account of driver’s logic, various situations and real limitations is used in the paper. While modeling formation of control signals on gear shifts and blocking of a hydrodynamic transformer a mathematical apparatus of indistinct sets’ theory is used in the given paper. Information variable systems are described with the help of membership functions.

Abstract

The paper proposes a modified model for estimation of potential danger and its further application for an accident in question under interaction of pedestrian and turning transport flows. The developed model is specified on the basis of experimental results and it makes it possible to estimate accident losses with higher accuracy while selecting an optimum scheme of road traffic organization at controlled crossroads.

Abstract
Parameters of ground clearance stabilization system for caterpillar chassis with hydro-pneumatic suspension of support rollers are substantiated. The paper contains description of ground clearance stabilization system, test results of the system being installed on a running caterpillar chassis model are cited

POWER ENGINEERING

45-47 382
Abstract

The paper considers ecological, economic peculiarities of starting-up.- shutdown conditions of thermal power stations and their influence on the indices of equipment operational reliability. It is shown that selection of optimum starting-up - shutdown conditions requires their joint investigation, in other words, it is necessary to develop a multi-criterion model.

NATURAL AND ACCURATE SCIENCES

Abstract

Special quadrature formulae with non-negative coefficients for the Poisson and Dinie integrals have been derived. Even estimations of approximate formula errors permit to conduct calculations with the given accuracy.

52-57 450
Abstract

Mathematical model for synthesis of multi-terminal network with the given flow parameters has been constructed. An algorithm of optimum synthesis of the network with the given parameters of multi-terminal flow and minimum cost is presented in the paper.

57-61 384
Abstract

The paper contains complete proof of the great Fermat theorem on the basis of Kummer’s arithmetic circle field theory.

HUMANITIES AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC SCIENCES

62-65 2274
Abstract

The paper estimates an influence of an elastic suspension of a DZ-133-loader working equipment on its operational technical and economic parameters. Methodology for calculation of parameters depending on rigidity of a working equipment suspension is given in the paper. The efficiency of an elastic suspension application is estimated while a loader has been working on the roads with various roughness.

Abstract

The paper analyzes the main events of the last period of the World War II. A special attention is paid to the feat of the Soviet Armed Forces, that defeated the Kwantun Army in August 1945 and precipitated an unconditional capitulation of Japan and brought freedom to the peoples of Asia. The paper also reveals tragic consequences of atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The authors emphasize a key role of the Soviet Union in victorious completion of the World War II.

Abstract

The classical rationality interprets the world as a stable and self-prosperous existence. While determining structural invariants of existence the given form of rationality proceeds from ideal concepts of proportionality, predetermination and self-identity as basic methods for Universum description. Non-classical rationality is oriented to investigation of self-developing systems that presuppose the necessity to introduce such concepts as «non-identity», «unpredictability», «opportunity», «interactivity» in research matrix.

Abstract

The paper presents a totality of successive and interdependent methods of planning, analysis, control, regulation and stimulation for formation and utilization of competitive advantages of specific scientific and technical products. Their peculiar feature is to use a scientific and technical products’ competitiveness as a main effectiveness criterion of research activity. The paper presents results of their practical application at Unitary Enterprise «КВТЕМ-SO».
