ARCHITECTURE AND CIVIL ENGINEERING
The paper proposes a method for replacing constraints on phase variables with a constraint on control action. This method makes it possible to solve a problem pertaining to optimum quick heating of thermally massive body taking into account constraints on thermal stresses with the help of an analogous problem ignoring constraints on thermal stresses.
The paper contains consideration of a constructive solution in respect of supporting panel point of triangular truss with glued veneer booms, joint by means of steel glued-in reinforcing bars and provides its design calculation.
The paper presents results of the investigations on the influence of raw material mixture obtained from foundry waste products (waste foundry mixture, granulated cupola fumace slag) on technological, physical and mechanical properties of silicate materials.
METALLURGY. МЕТАL WORKING. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
It is revealed that under relatively low values of the accelerating potential Ubasic = 0-100 B) metal - silicon - nitrogen coating formation occurs when chemical reactions of nitride formation are absent An increase of the Ubasic value up to -(150-250) В leads to higher nitrogen concentration in the area of the crystallization, that changes thermodynamic conditions of coating grains’ growth and contributes to the nitrogen enriched stratum isolation in the form of streaks. Technological gas (nitrogen or argon) pressure increase promotes a roughness growth of the precipitated coating surfaces. It is determined that the best friction properties of the coatings have been obtained with friction along the hardened steel 40X. While using more ductile material as a rider (unhardened steel 45) the friction factor growth is observed. The instrumental coating ZrSiN precipitated with the Ubasic value -150B and having a layer structure is characterized by the least and most stable value of the friction factor (0.22 with friction along the unhardened steel 45 and 0.2 along the hardened steel 40X).
The paper considers urgent problems concerning usage efficiency of carrying elements of belt conveyers, dependence of reliability, longevity, strength indices on modernization of conveyer belt. Detailed characteristics of existing methods for connecting conveyer belts are given in the paper and disadvantages of these methods are revealed as well. A special attention is given to the proposed recommendations on elimination of disadvantages concerning mechanical, adhesive (cold-vulcanized) and hot-vulcanized joints of rubberize fabric and rubberize cable conveyer belts, evaluation of labour content and manufacturing complexity.
Complexity of heat transfer processes and insufficient a priori information on metal heating processes in the furnaces lead to the necessity to develop mathematical models where the unknowns are some of the parameters. The given parameters depend on design features of a furnace. If there are experimental data on material heating dynamics they can be used for a model identification that makes it possible to construct an adequate mode to a real process.
The paper contains formulated principles of forming metering systems of hydraulic drives of technological machines on the basis of tap-type hydraulic control valve usage. The paper considers directions in designing dividers, flow adders of multi-motor drives of technological machine working elements. Designs of metering systems ensuring possibility to create multi-flow hydraulic transmission.
INSTRUMENT ENGINEERING. INFORMATICS
In order to substantiate the way how to meet a set of requirements while solving problems of standardization it is expedient to use mathematical models. The discrete multivariate problem of standardization at the determined demand is considered; its formalization is executed; its decision using a method of branches and borders is offered.
Historical aspects of the development, introduction and application of technical automation border control means in the Frontier troops of the Republic of Belarus are analyzed in the paper. The development of technical border control means in combination with the development of frontier service as one of the most important forms of strategical and official activities of the frontier troops is presented in the paper. The paper reveals a new intensively developing direction that is an automation of border control.
The paper considers a light-strong anastigmat with plane field that consists of two aspherical mirrors. Calculation of design parameters is given in the paper. Problem concerning protection of image plane against penetration of stray light has been investigated. The objective can be used in space astronomy for investigation of ultra-violet and infrared spectrum regions.
TRANSPORT
A clutch drive that provides transmission switching and automobile starting has been designed. A mathematical description of hydraulic and pneumatic automobile clutch control has been made. The description permits to study dynamic processes in the drive, which have an influence on the equation quality. Assumptions considered in mathematical description have been justified.
When designing hydraulic drives the development of a control hydroblock is considered as the main part of this work. For simplifying the process of developing layouts of control hydroblocks, structural and hydraulic circuits of connective assembly unit should be presented as merged circuits, displaying its three-dimensional image.
Graph synthesis of statement tasks pertaining to ultimate circuits and merged circuits of connective assembly unit allows to determine spatial arrangement of control hydroblock elements that simplifies the process of developing assembly hydroblock drawings.
The paper gives an analysis of existing approaches to the development of mathematical models concerning departure of transport facilities and their movement along street section. Non-linear model of the given process and methodology for account of intensity pulse have been developed.
POWER ENGINEERING
Dependences of critical pressure drop, being held by magnetic fluid seal, on time in a static state and shaft rotation velocity in dynamics have been experimentally determined. The significant influence of particles’ redistribution in magnetic fluid on static parameters of magnetic fluid seal has been established.
NATURAL AND ACCURATE SCIENCES
The problem of relative controllability for singular perturbed systems with a small delay is investigated in this work with the help of boundary layer functions. It has been obtained effective sufficient conditions of rank type of relative controllability on slow variable jc, on fast variable y, on variables’ population {x, y}, expressed by means of solutions to matrix defining equations. The paper shows the relation between conditions of relative controllability of the system under consideration and corresponding the degenerate system and the system of boundary layer.
Measurements of maximum tangential component of magnetic intensity Hτm have been carried out in the paper. The measurements have been taken on the surface of metal samples according to time of single current pulse rise in the form of semi-sinusoid of a linear current wire. Measurements have been made with the purpose to determine a value of the component according to thickness of samples made of aluminium.
Temporary resolution ranges of electric and magnetic properties and defects of sample continuity along the depth have been found.
Empirical formulae of dependence Hτm on sample thickness have been derived and their relation with efficient depth penetration of magnetic field into metal has been found.
HUMANITIES AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC SCIENCES
The paper proposes a general planning algorithm concerning transportation activity on the basis of logistic principles that reveals interdependence and interrelation of such problems as transportation route, determination of the shortest distances, selection of rolling stock and utilization of transport means.
The paper presents results of the analysis concerning taxation in the country at the level of an enteфrise and its structural sub-divisions in the period of transforming economy.
Recommendations are given on the following aspects: modernization of income taxation system for natural persons; tax payment in case of wage computation; exclusion of tax payments and assignments fi-om production cost value which are not connected with the production process; tax computation for real property; evaluation of enterprise taxation level.
The paper shows the possible cases concerning formation of tax payments and assignments of an enterprise and its structural sub-divisions.
Taxation system is shown at the level of enterprise structural sub-divisions (shop, department), at the level of shop structural sub-divisions (section, team), for works to be executed by an individual person of the production process (operation, product, works, services). This system promotes to efficient functioning of intra-production economical relations.
The paper provides possible variants of formation of taxation payments and assignments for an enterprise and its structural sub-divisions.
The paper considers problems of optimization of material resource reserve on the basis of calculation of a fixed interval between orders.
The paper brings up problems of national general education schools in the context of the European approaches to modem education. An analysis of the modem educational paradigms has been made in the paper.
The paper is devoted to the problems conceming development of integrated management technology of innovative receptivity of industrial enterprises. The work highlights and substantiates initial prerequisites pertaining to management of the innovative receptivity of enterprises; description of the proposed aggregative management technology is presented in .le paper. The paper gives results of evaluating level and importance of various forms of innovative receptivity of six industrial enterprises of Gomel province. The work contains a conclusion about the necessity of system optimization in respect of innovative receptivity of tfie analyzed enterprises at the expense of coordinated correction of its intemal and extemal factors. The main results of practical approbation of the suggested management technology of the innovative receptivity are shown in the paper. The paper points out main directions of optimization regarding innovative receptivity of the analyzed enterprises at strategic and tactical levels of managing the given characteristic.
