The paper presents results of the investigations on elastic and damping characteristics of a vibration isolation system. Adequate mathematical models of relative root-mean-square values for acceleration of antivibration mass have been obtained depending on elastic and viscous constituents. The paper reveals that the proposed method of multiple correlation is the most rational one for the analysis of power fluids used in the electro-rheological dampers.
The paper determines conversion coefficients for mechanical transmissions of electric and hydraulic drives which are used in special equipment. Nonlinearities of conversion coefficients for mechanical transmissions have been revealed in the paper. Standardized conversion coefficient has been proposed for compensation of mechanical transmission influence on operation of electric and hydraulic drives. The paper contains recommendations on the application of the obtained results.
The paper presents research results of various methods for recirculation of diesel engine exhaust gases. An influence of recirculation parameters on economic and ecological diesel engine characteristics has been evaluated in the paper. The paper considers an influence of turbocharger configuration on the intensity of gas recirculation. Specific features of the recirculation system operation in dynamic modes have been shown in the paper. The paper provides recommendations for selection of a diesel engine exhaust gas recirculation system.
The paper presents mathematical models and results of virtual investigations pertaining to the selected motion parameters of a mobile machine equipped with hydro mechanical and modernized transmissions. The machine has been tested in similar technological cycles and it has been equipped with a universal automatic control system. Changes in structure and type of power transmission have been obtained with the help of a control algorithm including an extra reversible electric machine which is switched in at some operational modes.
Implementation of the proposed concept makes it possible to obtain and check the improved C-code of the control system and enhance operational parameters of the transmission and machine efficiency, reduce slippage and tire wear while using braking energy for its later beneficial use which is usually considered as a consumable element.ISSN 2414-0392 (Online)
