Abstract

The paper presents results of the investigations on elastic and damping characteristics of a vibration isolation system. Adequate mathematical models of relative root-mean-square values for acceleration of antivibration mass have been obtained depending on elastic and viscous constituents. The paper  reveals  that the proposed method of multiple correlation is the most rational one for the analysis of power  fluids used in the electro-rheological dampers.

Abstract

The paper determines conversion coefficients for mechanical transmissions of electric and hydraulic drives which are used in special equipment. Nonlinearities of conversion coefficients  for mechanical transmissions have been revealed in the paper. Standardized conversion coefficient has been proposed for compensation of mechanical transmission influence on operation of electric and hydraulic drives. The paper contains recommendations on the application of the obtained results.

Abstract
The paper presents an experimental investigation on influence of 2D vibratory dimension conveyed to a billet on force and timing parameters of its contact interaction with a sawing disc. Description of the modernized sawing section ensuring conveyance of 2D vibratory motion to a billet, methodology and  hardware facilities applied for normal force measurement of its impact with the disc and longevity of their contact for the period of the billet circulation motion. The paper provides, analyzes and generalizes experimentally obtained dependences reflecting influence of gap clearance between a boom and an upper stop on the mentioned force and timing parameters of the billet contact interaction with the sawing disc.

Abstract
The paper solves a problem pertaining to analytical synthesis of aircraft control while ensuring aircraft direction along its trajectory which is preset by reference data in the inertial coordinate system and a specified optimization criterion. An example illustrating working efficiency of the proposed theoretical statements has been given in the paper.

Abstract
The paper contains an analysis of theoretical and practical aspects pertaining to application of heuristic and algorithmic methods for evaluation of current states of controlled objects. Technology for construction of an information block on possible states of controlled objects and its functional and parametric properties in every state has been given in the paper. The paper shows the possibility to create a logic complex “states – properties” of the controlled object on the basis of the indicated data set. A priori and posterior probabilities for realization of the states of an intellectual control system have been analyzed in the paper. The presented expert logical and probabilistic model is considered as a basis for control decision elaboration and decision-making at higher level of system hierarchy.

Abstract
Development of optoelectronic systems for registration of structuring element images demands improvement of the equipment for control of sizes and a form of microelectronic structures in accordance with design data and absence of introduced defects and impurities. For synthesis of these systems it is necessary to use a special method which allows to substantiate the use of a radiation source in it and  determine main functional parameters of the optoelectronic system. The paper presents the results of the method that has been used for development of the optoelectronic system operating  with the resolution of 250 nanometers. It has been shown that LED lamps can be used instead of traditionally used halogen and mercury-xenon lamps in the control equipment.

Abstract
The paper contains calculations for determination of values pertaining to full settlements with due account  of creeping phenomenon for a number of the Mesopotamia regions (Al-Diwaniya, Khidr and Hillah). Coefficients of filtration compaction have been accepted in accordance with engineering and geological research and creeping parameters have been accepted on the basis of the published data of the investigations (N. A. Tsytovich, Z. G. Ter-Martirosian et al.). The values obtained in calculations significantly exceed values that have been determined in accordance with the existing norms.

Abstract

The paper presents research results of various methods for recirculation of diesel engine exhaust gases. An influence of recirculation parameters on economic and ecological diesel engine characteristics has been evaluated in the paper. The paper considers an influence of turbocharger configuration on the intensity of gas recirculation. Specific features of the recirculation system operation in dynamic modes have been shown in the paper. The paper provides recommendations for selection of a diesel engine exhaust gas recirculation system.

Abstract
The paper presents an analysis of the state-of-the-art technologies which are based on the innovative development of the transport sector of the country using intelligent transport systems. It has been proposed to use intelligent transportation systems and the whole concept of long-term innovative transport development as the basic idea while elaborating long-term concept of innovative transport development of the Republic of Belarus. Principles for creation of development concept have been formulated and substantiation of its creation from the perspective of intelligent transport systems has been given in the paper.

Abstract

The paper presents mathematical models and results of virtual investigations pertaining to the selected motion parameters of a mobile machine equipped with hydro mechanical and modernized transmissions. The machine has been tested in similar technological cycles and it has been equipped with a universal automatic control system. Changes in structure and type of power transmission have been obtained with the help of a control algorithm including an extra reversible electric machine which is switched in at some operational modes.

Implementation of the proposed  concept makes it possible to obtain and check the improved C-code of the control system and enhance operational parameters of the transmission and machine efficiency, reduce slippage and tire wear while using braking energy for its later beneficial use which is usually considered as a consumable element.

Abstract
Game theory is a branch of applied mathematics and its methods are used in social sciences, especially in economics, engineering, political science, computer technology and philosophy. Winning in a game follows not only theory of probability but it has its own special laws and principles, and while using them in the game every player tries to get closer to victory. In the current classification of the game theory there is no group that considers the number or value of the capital involved in the game. While using  concepts which have been already  mentioned in the description of game types, it is proposed to add one more group to the game theory that is partial or complete loss of the capital.
