Abstract

The paper contains a method for determination of dipole moments in chemical plasticizer addition molecules for cement concretes as in powder-state so in the form of aqueous solutions as well.

The methodology is based on measuring dielectric substance  permittivity depending on temperature, construction of a diagram (ε – 1)/(ε + 2) = f(1/T) with subsequent calculation of the molecule dipole moment. The Ossipov’s formula has been used for aqueous solutions of super-plasticizer additions with the purpose to calculate a dipole moment of polar substance in the polar solvent.

The obtained values of dipole moments in C-3 super-plasticizer addition molecule are in good agreement with the values obtained as a result of quantum-chemical calculations.

Abstract

Laboratory investigations have been executed with the purpose to evaluate an air noise insulation of exterior wall structure  which is encased for warmth-keeping in accordance with methods for light plaster systems and «Thermal screen» while using mineral wool plates of “Beltep” trademark  and expanded polysterene plates of ПСБ-С-brand.

In accordance with the results of investigations recommendations are given how to apply plate warmth-keeping jackets which are used in the considered warmth-keeping systems as an efficient sound proofing.

Abstract

The paper contains investigations on regularities of diamond - silicon carbide composite structure formation at impact-wave excitation. It has been determined that while squeezing a porous blank containing Si (SiC) nano-diamond by explosive detonation products some processes are taking place such as diamond nano-particles consolidation, reverse diamond transition into graphite, fragments formation from silicon carbide. A method for obtaining high-porous composites with the presence of ultra-disperse diamond particles has been developed. Material with three-dimensional high-porous silicon-carbide structure has been received due to nano-diamond graphitation at impact wave transmission and plastic deformation. The paper reveals nano-diamonds inverse transformation into graphite and its subsequent interaction with the silicon accompanied by formation of silicon-carbide fragments with dimensions of up to 100 nm.

Abstract

The developed experimentally-statistical model of the cladding composite layer formation process on slide-ways allows to operate technological modes of cladding by flexible instrument (CFI) in order to obtain the set properties of a coating (thickness, continuity, adhesion strength).

The established optimum technological modes of CFI process providing formation of continuous, strongly adhered to a basis composite coatings of the required thickness have been used for applying coatings on working surfaces of slide-ways of metal-cutting machine tool beds that has allowed to lower friction factor in coupling on the average by 1.3–1.7-fold and to improve uniformity of slow moving of machine tool units by 1.74-fold in comparison with slide-ways without a coating.

Abstract

The paper considers an identification of binary sequences which is necessary for formation of a general cryptographic key in perspective information technologies with the purpose to select sequences containing minimum admissible quantity of discrepancies at comprehensible level of the disclosed information. One-stage plan of selective quality assurance on an alternative sign is proposed for solution of the problem.

Abstract

A review of the existing models and methods for forecasting chemical substances' migration in soil is contained in the paper. The paper shows that the most effective decision for solving ecological tasks in this field is an application of artificial neural networks using training «with a tutor» on the basis of an inverse error propagation algorithm. Corresponding structures of  neural networks for solution of the given problem have been developed in the paper.

A new method for artificial neural network training based on the modification of an inverse error propagation algorithm while using an additional signal is proposed in the paper. The given method allows to achieve 100% convergence in the forecasting problems pertaining to chemical substances' migration in soil.

Abstract

The paper describes a new methodology for a parameter calculation of a disk brake mechanism with hydraulic control that allows to determine a value of hysteresis losses in a brake at the design stage with high accuracy. A complex analysis for obtaining qualitative and quantitative evaluation of design brake parameter influence on hysteresis value in it is presented in the paper.

Abstract

The paper determines competitive advantages of the Republic of Belarus in the world market of transport services. Belarus is the most important communication corridor between European countries that creates the required conditions for export development of transport services.

The authors reveal deterrents concerning an increase of service export volume, prepare well-reasoned conclusion that there are  significant reserves for higher efficiency of transport industry activity. In order to use these reserves it is necessary to direct efforts for searching rational ways to solve the problems including application of  logistics methods.
