The space laser emission energy distribution of different continuous operation settings depends from many factors, first on the settings design. For more accurate describing of multimode laser emission energy distribution intensity the experimental and theoretic model, which based on experimental laser emission distribution shift presentation with given accuracy rating in superposition basic function form, is proposed. This model provides the approximation error only 2,2 percent as compared with 24,6 % and 61 % for uniform and Gauss approximation accordingly. The proposed model usage lets more accurate take into consideration the laser emission and working surface interaction peculiarity, increases temperature fields calculation accuracy for mathematic modeling of laser treatment processes. The method of experimental laser emission energy distribution studying for given source and mathematic apparatus for calculation of laser emission energy distribution intensity parameters depended from the distance in radial direction on surface heating zone are shown.
The paper presents the stages of the development of the precession reducing mechanism for electric drive of the agricultural winch. The formulas for calculating basic parameters are given which ensure minimal mechanical losses in precession engagement, and also maximal possible smoothness of the rotation of the output shaft. The results of the computer research, factory and maintenance testing are given.
The paper presents a calculation of static and dynamic component of the displacement of the rod attached to an elastic element. A mathematical model of the dynamic processes of the rod, supported by a spring is supposed. The equations obtained by solving the wave equation, allow us to estimate the influence of the elastic properties of the springs on the movement of the rod. On the basis of the results suggested devices and ultrasound system with an elastic element.
In the paper mathematical model of steering system is shown. The model was described through hydraulic and mechanical connections of differential equations. Some test results are represented.
This model allows to analyze transient processes in different combination of kinematics disturbances and power factors, and also to determine functional suitability of System.
This Model can be recommended for Control System testing.
In this article were suggested the schemes of anode processes, taking into account the nature of metals, anion structure, pH solution of electrolyte and anode potential by electropulse polishing of corrosion- resisting and structural carbon steels.
It is shown and experimentally confirmed, that under conditions of electropulse polishing of anode dissolving of metals, which are contained into corrosion-resisting and structural carbon steels, carried out according to mechanism of complex formation through a set of series and series-parallel of intermediate stages. In the 1st stage on the surface of metals adsorption complexes with participation of chemisorption molecules of water are formed. In the next stages anions of electrolyte’s solution and molecules of water take part. In final stage of dissolving on the surface of anode soluble compounds are formed, which by transition into solution into simple ions are dissociated.
It is determined that by electrical-impulse polishing in dissolving of components of corrosion-resisting carbon steels the important role play chemical processes, and anode dissolving of metals take place in the field of mixed electrochemical and diffusion kinetics . Diffusion limitations appear as a result of difficult ion mass transfer through surface salt, oxide and hydro-oxide and absorption-phase coatings.

INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING, METROLOGY AND INFORMATION MEASURING INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS
It is developed the Method of stable measuring modulating signals production of special and random form in wide band of carriers, based on digital synthesis of modulated waves, providing during the whole band (diapason ) the equal comparative instability of barriers, and equal to comparative master generator without limits in choice of intermediate frequency. The structure of generation of measuring modulated signals with increased stability of carriers is synthesized.
It is considered the control algorithm of photoelectric installation with storage battery.
CIVIL ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE
It is considered the process of breaking dolomites in centrifugal-impact crusher. Researchers obtained analytical dependence for determining of impact speed of stone pieces from crusher surface, which allows us to improve the process of obtaining broken-stones of required fraction.
The paper presents typical Nigerian soil conditions, the basic engineering properties of the most widely spread soil groups in the country, the mechanisms of their formation, evaluation of these soils as foundation bases for buildings and other structures, depending on their physico-mechanical characteristics.
TRANSPORT
It is suggested the determining Methods of Standardization and classification of tractors not only inside of this type but also between different types (classes) of tractors. This methodology is realized on the example of wheel-type tractors “Belarus”.
Recommendations for improving the road safety and quality of road traffic controlled junctions(crossings) on individual parameters of traffic light control, improvement of traffic light control by optimizing the length of the transition interval in the traffic light cycle, increase awareness and early warning drivers about the upcoming change traffic lights division of transport and pedestrian traffic, road conditions , transportation planning and technical aids of road traffic, as well as recommendations for the use of the hump in the settlements, etc.
All over the world safety of maintained vehicles has the major value. For motor vehicles of the Republic of Belarus this problem is also actual. Maintenance of high reliability of brake systems of cars in operation is one of ways of the decision of a problem of increase of traffic safety.
The analysis of reliability of brake systems of buses MAZ is carried out following the results of the state maintenance service in 2010 and the analysis of premature returns from routes of movement of buses MAZ-103 and МАZ-104 one of the motor transportation enterprises of a city of Minsk. Principal causes of structural parameters modification of brake pneumatic system of buses, the brake mechanism and elements АBS are considered.
