Research methods which may be efficiently used to solve applied problems on potassium ore mining are classified and represented in the form of flow-chart. The paper proposes an approach that makes it possible to apply simulation modeling methods with the purpose to obtain numerical solution of mining problems which are formalized as complicated analytical models.
The paper gives comparative test and research results of normal and cubiform crushed stone, basic physical and technical concrete properties (compressive strength, splitting tension, frost resistance and water proofness) on cubiform crushed stone. Application of concrete on cubiform crushed stone is rather rational for products and structures being under conditions of central and eccentric compression.
The paper considers a number of factors that influence on automobile road section capacity. It is proved that it is necessary to take into account weather and environmental conditions in the methodology for road capacity evaluation. It is proposed to determine the road capacity for the most difficult period of a year from the point of view of traffic and roadway conditions. This period of a year is considered as a reference one which is used for road capacity evaluation in the given climatic zone.
The paper reveals how to solve a problem concerning optimization of a hinged and constant section plate. Finite element method is used for its calculation. Volume of the plate is taken as an efficiency function. Optimization is carried out with the help of a gradient method with search adjustment near boundaries established by parameter limitations. A foot plan is used for search navigation of an optimum decision. The proposed algorithm is implemented in the form of a computer program. The results of numerical calculations are given in the paper.
Automobile roads are designed for definite transport load. Excess of designed load leads to high wear of roadway coverings, failure of road tops. Control over weight and overall dimensions in accordance with the elaborated system provides an opportunity to undertake the required organizational measures.

The influence of milling conditions (acceleration of milling bodies, ball milling time and medium) on specific surface of silicon nitride powders and iron content in them has been studied in the paper. The sintering kinetics of the samples being prepared from the produced silicon nitride powder with various sintering additions has been also investigated. Post-sintering density and micro-hardness have been selected as optimization parameters in the given case.
It has been revealed that it is possible to reach high powder dispersivity during 10... 15 min at ball milling of silicon nitride powder in a planetary and centrifugal mill with acceleration of milling 20g and 40g bodies. The grinded powders are characterized by high activity that makes it possible to obtain highly dense (96.. .98 %) samples on the basis of silicon nitride during subsequent pressing and sintering processes.
The obtained regression equations allow to select optimum conditions for silicon nitride powder production and samples made of them with high values of density and hardness.
The method has been elaborated to roll strips of varying width. It makes it possible significantly to reduce a broadnening value at the end strip section. The paper contains results of theoretical and experimental investigations pertaining to determination of broadening for the specific rolling method.
INSTRUMENT ENGINEERING. INFORMATICS
The paper gives main principles of the methodology for execution of experimental investigations with the help of principally newly designed ultrasound machine-tool with acoustic system which is set in the spindle unit. Treatment of a number of semi-precious stones and mono-crystals by diamond tools of various graininess has revealed dominating technological factors that influence on quantitative and qualitative process indice. Mechanisms of inter-relation of a lapping disk and a treated piece with directed action of ultrasound oscillation are given in the paper. The obtained results testify efficiency of ultrasound application for treatment of hard and fragile materials (crystals).

Oil-soluble corrosion inhibitors are used to improve protective properties of oil and diesel fuel and preservation of automotive and tractor internal combustion engines and fuel systems.
While creating a new corrosion inhibitor processes of electrochemical corrosion have been studied during preservation, transportation and storage of automotive and tractor machinery. Mechanism of corrosion inhibitor protective performance has been analyzed. The components required for its creation have been selected. The paper contains investigations of the properties of initial components and influence of their content on operational properties of the corrosion inhibitor. Methodology for evaluation of corrosion inhibitor quality has been elaborated.
The given paper considers dynamics of the development of diesel engine fuel injection systems. The scheme of up-to-date electronic control system of a high pressure fuel pump is presented in the paper. The interaction of input and output parameters of diesel engine fuel system and a number of requirements to diesel engine fuel system are analyzed in the paper.
POWER ENGINEERING
The paper reveals peculiar features of thermal calculation of oil-gas burner for two-stage liquid fuel combustion. Dependences for determination of CO, H2, C02 and C content in the products of fuel oil gasification have been obtained.
The paper reveals an opportunity to apply a method of nonlinear mathematical programming in order to solve the formulated problem. A simplified evaluation problem statement is given in the paper and principles of its realization are determined in view of regime and technological limitations.
NATURAL AND ACCURATE SCIENCES
The paper substantiates a new approach, which is called «a spinor one» by the author, to construction of models of various objects, systems and processes by means of analogies with calibrated theory of physical vacuum.
The spinor approach combines not only all three well-known methods (thermodynamic, static and synergetic) but it also has some significant advantages. This approach makes it possible to describe «physical vacuum» beyond theory of relativity, to classify new structures and their parameters that are initiated at the unstable points in the case of non-equilibrium transitions, to determine structural and dynamic stability and instability in the investigated phenomena.
HUMANITIES AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC SCIENCES
The paper considers taxation problems of production resources in the Republic of Belarus. It has revealed disadvantages of the current taxation system and some recommendations on taxation rates have been proposed with the purpose to stimulate resource saving and innovation introduction at enterprises.
The present paper considers dynamics of investigations devoted to thinking problems within framework of foreign psychology formation in XVII - XX centuries. Critical analysis of various approaches of leading representatives of main foreign psychology directions related to the problems of thinking development and formation as psychological cognitive process is given in the paper.
SHORT MESSAGES
The paper contains analytical data of drive hydraulic schemes which have been prepared by Main Special Design and Technical Bureau of Hydraulic Equipment. This work has been carried under control and with actual participation of the paper author. It has been established that principal hydraulic schemes consist of operational schemes which in their turn are subdivided into elementary components, namely: «elementary scheme of preparation and protection», «elementary reverse scheme» and «elementary scheme of complicated movements».
While solving the problem structurally in the form of independent units of elementary scheme components it is possible to create control hydraulic block using the building-block approach.
