ARCHITECTURE AND CIVIL ENGINEERING
Investigations of historical industrial architecture evolution as a special type of architecture which were carried out on the material of world practical experience and within the whole temporal interval of existence has made it possible to specify contemporary tendencies of its development. The development of tendencies has been based on the theory of scientific forecast as a special form of scientific knowledge, that ensures proof and verification of the proposed statements.
The suggested tendencies can be used in fixture to control industrial construction practice, concrete forms, types, models of the objects, boundaries of their application and methods of their realization. It is considered as the main practical significance of the investigation.
The solution for one of the most acute problems in the Byelorussian architecture is presented in the paper. Among flat-facade elements in the block of flats a preference is given to a unary pier veranda at the kitchen. Building of unary pier balconies, tape balconies and verandas, French balconies is possible under certain conditions. Loggias and terraces are inexpedient.

The paper contains substantiation for application of experimental technique in order to investigate material resistance to plastic deformation at processing metals by pressure with imposing ultrasonic oscillations while proceeding from laws of similarity. It is shown that at modeling any metal processing by pressure with imposing ultrasonic oscillations it is possible to consider that actual elastic and plastic metal properties remain constant during processing under ultrasound action. The second aspect that requires a special attention at modeling is pulse or vibration-shock deformation at processing metals by pressure with imposing ultrasonic oscillations.
Results of experimental investigations on determination of contaminant composition and rate on the surface of non-metallic products are given in the paper. It is shown that the basic contaminants for glass are fat acids of human skin lipids. The paper gives recommendations on selection of a method for preliminary preparation of a surface prior to depositing vacuum-plasma coatings.
The paper considers an theoretical problem concerning substantiation of methods for designing drums of belt conveyors. Calculations of stressed state of drum shell, design parameters of its body ensuring the given margins of statistical and fatigue strength.
The paper presents a physical and mathematical simulation of wearing-out process of gas-thermal coatings at fretting-corrosion effect. The given simulation allows to take into account influence of the environment, working conditions of parts and also influence of physical and mechanical properties and tribo-technical characteristics of gas-thermal coatings on their wearing-out under fretting-corrosion conditions.
Mathematical model describing a dependence between deformations and stresses in the zone of prepreg piercing zone is given in the paper. Boundary conditions in the piercing zone in number of four functional dependences for prepregs can express either the given stresses or displacements, or describe boundary form, or express relations between stresses and displacements etc.
INSTRUMENT ENGINEERING. INFORMATICS
Statistical characteristics of electromagnetic radiation power of mobile stations (MS) and influence of its discrete adjustment in cellular networks, using various technologies of multi-station access, on an average level of MS radiated power that determines ecological danger of a cellular radio network are considered in the paper.
The paper presents results of investigations in respect of three-mirror anastigmatic afocal optical system. It consists of concave and convex parabolic reflectors and a concave ellipsoidal reflector. A variant of design solution has been obtained as a combination of the Gregory objective with additional parabolic mirror.

The paper contains methodology for investigation of a loading mode of road train transmission being part of MAZ-544008 truck tractor and MAZ-9758 semi-trailer under real conditions of operation. Basic results of the investigations of road train transmission loading are given in the paper.
Highway slipperiness is one of the most dangerous meteorological phenomena for traffic participants. Exclusion of glazed frost formation can be only achieved on the basis of slipperiness forecasting. Winter slipperiness forecasting is rather complicated problem due to a lot of influencing factors and their non- deterministic character. Various types of winter slipperiness and specific forecasting features of this phenomenon are thoroughly considered in the paper. Forecasting methods for some highways and their sections are mainly statistical at the present moment. They are based on processing of a great number of empiric data. The paper proposes an empiric model for forecasting temperature pavement according to ambient temperature, humidity, wind direction and presence of vegetation along a highway. The obtained model can be used to forecast slipperiness formation during winter highway operation.
The paper is devoted to development of scientific and methodological principles and practical recommendations on highway reconstruction with the purpose to remove existing speed limitations. A system approach is used in the paper; pre-requisites for increasing automobile speed in the international transport corridors within the territory of the Republic of Belarus are take into account. In order to solve the problem the paper proposes an index of investment utilization which makes it possible scientifically to substantiate and determine the most important sections for removing speed limitations at some directions of international transport corridors, and model of its calculation. A mathematical model has been developed to select optimum strategy for highway reconstruction. The proposed methodology for stage-by-stage execution of highway reconstruction can be used at any section of a highway with the purpose to determine minimum investment and maximum reduction in automotive operational time. Its application gives an optimum variant of a highway reconstruction

Ethics of religious existentialism interprets a category of Justice from humanistic positions. The problem of Justice takes a great significance under modem conditions. Kierkegaard’s philosophy considers this problem in relation to Luther’s theology. Karl Jaspers develops “freedom philosophy” in context of the technogenic existence.
The paper provides a substantiation of the necessity to have an integral evaluation of enterprise risk level. Methodology for construction of a curve that shows distribution of enterprise probabilities to suffer some level of financial losses has been developed in the paper. The proposed management- risk method provides the possibility to undertake more reasonable management decisions.
The paper describes general philosophical and general technical problems arising due to automation of technical objects and their control at the present stage of technological development while using modem mathematical methods for investigation of the activity of practically operating and cognizing social subject. It has been exposed that the efficiency of searching optimum solutions significantly depends on the methods used for analysis of uncertainty which is in a problem and adequacy of an actual situation reflected by them The paper considers a type of uncertainty in automation problems connected with non-precise qualitative process properties and phenomena which is characteristic not only for technical but also for economical, social, biological and other systems, in operation of which participation of a man takes place.
Automation of technical objects occupies new qualitative level using state-of-the-art technologies and achievements of human knowledge such as an artificial intellect, simulation of human reasoning and logic, decision-making processes. Due to development of information technologies problems of automation and control are even more closely connected with computerization and informatics.
Automation problems of objects having technical and other nature, involvement of a human being in the control processes, more important role of information technologies in automation require philosophical and methodological analysis and understanding.
