ARCHITECTURE AND CIVIL ENGINEERING
Technological peculiar features of biocenosis development in water treatment facilities and a role of biological processes in the technology of ground water treatment are considered in the paper. The paper provides main factors that influence on biological process development.
Results pertaining to efficiency evaluation of well screen regeneration using a combined impulse and reagent method is given in the paper. In order to ensure complete cleaning of screen fragment from sedimentation a gas and dynamic set without and with pneumatic packers has been applied. After gas and dynamic regeneration a part of the screen with sedimentation has been subjected to a reagent treatment while using hydrochloric acid and «Descam» reagent.
The combined method for well screen regeneration is considered as the most efficient one and this fact is proved by laboratory experiments.
The paper reveals an influence of anion radicals based on replaced phenols on the solidification kinetics of cement concrete. Anion-radicals based on resorcinol (substituents of the first kind in meta-position) form less stable s-complex with ions of cement gel and retard its solidification to a lesser extent. On the contrary products of treated hydroquinone with non-coordinated orientation in changing p-electronic density form more stable s-complex and retard solidification of cement gel to a greater extent.
The paper contains the obtained correlation relationships of concrete strength in various solidification stages according to electronic properties of admixtures (s-constant meta- and para-substituents) based on the replaced phenols.
METALLURGY. МЕТАL WORKING. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
The paper considers pertaining to higher wear resistance of «Belarus» tractor brake mechanisms details are considered. Properties of ВЧ-50-cast iron are investigated due to laser hardening while using various technological methods.
A physical and mathematical model of metal chip heating process in a continuous muffle furnace has been worked out. The model describes a conjugated heat- and mass transfer in the given furnace (conductive, convective, radiant), heating of chips and furnace parts, lubricant-coolant evaporation, oil vapour combustion, flue gas movement. The received set of equations is a completed one that allows to solve a specified problem that is to find an optimum height for a furnace with the given productivity and minimum natural gas consumption.
The paper considers peculiarities that ensure minimum forming surface roughness (Ra = 0,2) of barrel-type rollers in the roller radial spherical bearings under conditions of an actual production process.
INSTRUMENT ENGINEERING. INFORMATICS
The paper reveals significance and complexity of automatic inspection of pattern master masks of integrated circuits under conditions of continuous decrease of topological design specifications. Two methods for obtaining sub-pixel resolution are presented in the paper. The first method is based on new virtual scanning algorithms ensuring optimal alignment of the discreet grid of the automatic pattern inspection system with a coordinate grid of a topological pattern to be inspected. The second method is based on the application of a new method for automatic inspection of master pattern masks of Very Large Scale Integrated Circuits on photo-masks. The first method allows to obtain universal algorithms with sub-pixel resolution by 20–30 % less than the pixel size. The second method allows to obtain object-oriented algorithms with sub-pixel resolution that is significantly less pixel rate. It is shown that, for example, for the pattern of «contact window» type a sub-pixel resolution may achieve 3 % of the pixel size
Lists are considered as a main data structure in logic Turbo Prologue programming language. However the language does not contain in-set predicates (procedures) for list processing. In order to facilitate a problem programming process where lists are used it is proposed to apply a Turbo Prologue version that has a set of predicates in the form of recursive rules for executing frequently repeated operations with lists such as unification of lists, italicization and deletion of some list elements, sorting-out, list reversing and many others. The modified version contains a reference to new input predicates. The proposed Turbo Prologue version is easily expanded by new rules. Usage of this version makes programmer’s work easier and promotes development of new programs where it is necessary to work with lists.
TRANSPORT
The paper analyzes prospects pertaining to development of methods for dynamic calculation of monitoring hydraulic units with various types of relations. Calculated diagram of steering hydraulic drive with flow amplifier and turning cylinder has been given in the paper and its dynamic model has been developed. A hydraulic drive is considered as a system with lumped parameters. It is supposed that properties of working fluid are unchangeable during transient process; leakages and cavitations do not occur; fluid can be pressed; resistance of service drain line is taken into account. Model has been developed with due account of resistance of manifolds and internal channels of flow amplifier, hydrodynamic forces, that influence on amplifier control valves, and friction forces of movable elements. Multi-variant dynamic calculation has been done and some results of the investigations are presented in the paper. The paper also contains analysis that shows influence of various design and component parameters of flow amplifier on the drive dynamics.
NATURAL AND ACCURATE SCIENCES
It has been shown that an insensibility of the insensible tensor O-derivative is lost only in the case of the coincidence of reading and actual configurations. The objectivity of determinative equations in the elastic-plastic medium model has been established in the paper.
Investigation of mathematic models and problems pertaining to optimum organization of parallel production processes has been carried out with the help of a set theory, schedules, a combinatory optimization. The required and sufficient condition of efficient production system existence has been obtained in the paper. The paper considers problems concerning modeling and algorithm presentation of parallel execution of a great number of interacting and competing production processes.
HUMANITIES AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC SCIENCES
The paper contains information on the basic directions of an investment activity in the power generation sector of the Republic of Belarus and importance of the realization of planned actions at the present moment. The main sources for financing modernization of basic production funds of the Belarusian power generation system have been analyzed in the paper. The paper describes general problems and difficulties that the power industry is facing while realizing investment projects. The most important problem is a formation of sources for complete project financing due to sharp price rise for imported power resources. The paper considers various approaches to provision of the required sources for financing investment activity in the power sector. The paper shows the need for a tariff policy reform, which is to be aimed, first of all, at the reduction of the cross subsidizing in power tariffs.
Local and domestic fuel-energy recourses of theRepublicofBelarusin gross consumption of fuel-energy recourses has been ranked on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, statistical information and also fundamental documentation in the sphere of energy policy and power saving. The paper proposes to give a special emphasis on usage of products after processing domestically manufactured fuel-energy recourses that have been obtained from local and imported raw-materials with the purpose to estimate a power security level of the Republic from a new point of view.
A system of interrelations between a customer and a contractor envisages various approaches to supply of construction sites with materials while preparing a construction contract. This commitment may be taken by a contractor or a customer. Taking into account requirements of tax legislation it is possible to make a conclusion that supply of sites with customer’s materials permits to decrease expenses for construction by 13–14 %.
The paper analyzes existing methods for evaluation of material resource supplier selection. It shows advantages and shortcomings of the present evaluation systems. The necessity for application of an index evaluation is justified in the paper. The paper contains rating (index) evaluation for material resource supplier selection which is based on the application of quantitative (index) tool instead of an expert (numerical) evaluation.
The paper analyzes stages of interrelations between theRepublicofBelarusand European Union. Strategic directions of Belarusian foreign economic policy are determined for coming years. A number of measures for creation of economic cooperation model are proposed in the paper.
The paper considers one of the main concepts of the political economy that is a method for connection of labour force with production goods which are still insufficiently studied. The author reveals two sides of the method – its content and its form and shows their dialectical interaction in the process of production functioning. In this connection the author characterizes an economic law about determining role of the method for connection of labour force with production goods in property relations. Such approach makes it possible more thoroughly to understand many problems of the modern development of public production that determine functioning of the society as an integral system.
