MECHANICAL ENGINEERING АND ENGINEERING SCIENCE
Suspension parts of a compact muon solenoid for Large Hadron Collider have been tested in the paper. The paper describes a steady-state and cyclic “tension-compression” load created by superconducting electromagnet with energy of 3 GJ and magnetic induction of 4 tesla. A nondestructive testing method has been applied in the paper.
INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING, METROLOGY AND INFORMATION MEASURING INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS
The given paper contains description of existing methods for automatic control of planar structure layout pertaining to products of micro- and nanoelectronics and other electronic technologies products and their classification. An algorithm of method selection is based on the analysis of factors influencing on method preference and depends on characteristics of an object to be controlled and controlling conditions. The described algorythm is to be applied in the process of designing the equipment for automatic control of planar structure layout on photographic masks, semiconductor wafers, printed-circuit boards with high-density assembly.
The paper considers a mathematical model of loosely-coupled inertial-satellite navigation complex which has been developed in the class of linear discrete stochastic models. A specific feature of the considered algorithms for integration of navigation data is the possibility to use parametrical optimum evaluation of the linear Kalman filters constructed on the basis of equations. Strap-down inertial reference system of routes and vertical, strap-down inertial navigation system, geomagnetic orientation system, system of air signals, satellite radio-navigation system have been used as sources of initial navigation data. The considered navigation complex allows to obtain the whole spectrum of flight navigation parameters which are necessary for flight operation of a tactical unmanned aircraft.
CIVIL ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE
The paper considers actual importance of mountain resettlement and prospective aspects pertaining to formation of rural settlements in mountainous regions of Tajikistan. The problem regarding development and improvement of mountainous regions of the Republic is revealed from the point of view of prospective development of the Republic mountain resources. The paper proposes methodology for architecture-planning improvement of rural settlements located on scarp slopes of mountainous relief. Examples of experimental solutions for planning and development of a rural settlement and its components on the areas of mountainous slope are given in the paper.
TRANSPORT
Designed duplex actuator of friction clutch provides independent operation of two control circuits by using twin-lever declutching unit of original design. The invention allows to enhance mechatronic system reliability by preserving function on clutch control in case of electronics failure, energy carrier absence or its leakage from feeding/controlling mains. The paper provides an oscillogram that contains recording of road-train start-up process from standstill when a power plant operates in automatic mode. Such oscillogram proves operational capability of the designed automatic actuator with friction clutch.
The paper proposes a new approach to selection of rational design parameters for drop circuit of electric hydraulic controller which is based on mathematical modeling and computational experiment planning. The calculation results illustrate limits for speed of the suspension drop in respect of working elements of various weight in accordance with operational standards.
The paper contains an analysis of reasons and conditions that impact on road traffic safety in the Ukraine. The analysis describes certain problems and conflicts of the legislation on road traffic safety and problems in the process of its execution.
The paper considers procedures in the process of en route transport facility stoppages at stopping points. Duration of all stoppage stages has been determined in the paper. The paper proposes equations for calculation of en route transport facility stoppage duration with due account of passenger flow.
POWER ENGINEERING
The paper considers method for organization of power directional element operation in micro-processor current directional protections. The investigation of the proposed method has been executed with the help of computer program which is based on an algorithm of power directional element operation. The algorithm is built upon reference formation of orthogonal voltage components in accordance with measured references of orthogonal current components.
The proposed memory method for organization of the power directional element operation makes it possible not only to eliminate “dead voltage zone” but to ensure permanent control over power direction. The frequency dependence of the proposed method which is revealed in the process of calculative experiment can be neutralized by frequency correction.
MECHANICS
The paper contains a solution of the equation for determination of movements in an elliptical ring with a variable cross section under the action of compressive forces. It is shown that the displacement of the elastic ring depends on its geometry and bending stiffness of the cross section. The paper theoretically justifies an application of the rings with variable cross-section elastic fibers as intermediate elastic wave-guide concentrators in acoustic systems.
LOGISTICS
The paper describes a problem pertaining to further development of the logistic system of the Republic of Belarus. Main economic indices of the Belarusian transport system have been analyzed in the paper. The paper proposes measures directed on promotion of logistics in the national economy.
General cargoes – a very convenient way to carry small consignments in a vehicle from several senders to several consignees in one direction, which helps to reduce the cost of transportation. However, freight owners do not know how to use this type of transportation in order to achieve essential frugality.
In this article is considered in details all bullet points about property of consolidation breaking bulk of several senders on the consolidation storage used for to be departing point for regular transportation of general cargoes on a given route.
INNOVATION MANAGEMENT
The paper analyzes revenue-yielding bonds as an efficient tool of governmental and municipal management. Conditions required for issue of security papers have considered in the paper. The paper describes main stages of the infrastructure bonded loan implementation. The global experience in financing construction and upgrading of infrastructure facilities through the bond issue has been investigated in the paper. The contains an analysis of risks while executing infrastructure projects and proposes methods for their minimization.
ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT OF NATIONAL ECONOMY BY BRANCHES AND FIELDS OF ACTIVITIES
The paper considers a theme of typological urban housing diversity which is relevant for a modern residential real estate market. Analyzed Quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the existing urban residential accommodation, new house building have been analyzed in the paper. The paper presents author’s calculations of differentiation extent and changes in economic opportunities of the population. Differentiation of potential consumer accommodation models with specific standardized characteristics has been made in terms of the population economic prosperity. The paper substantiates proposals on accountability and implementation of typological differences in the government housing policy.
