International Law Regulation of Reimbursement for an Illegal Damage
Abstract
The paper considers the problems of reimbursement for damage caused by internationally wrongful act. Every stage directed on liquidation of the consequences of the wrongful act serves for realization of the principle of full reimbursement for the damage. It means that the reimbursement should be equal to the caused damage. In this case interests of international community have become more important factor which determines the character and types of the reimbursement.
