Effect of Technological Clearances on Kinematic Precision of Cycloid Speed Reducers
Abstract
The purpose of the present paper is to determine backlash value and influence of pin meshing compliance on the kineinatical precision of the cycloid speed reducer. The paper gives an algorithm of determination of the transmission backlash. The equation for analytical calculation of the algorithm has been derived. The C++ computer program for Windows with the purpose to realize the obtained algorithm has been developed. On the basis of the program the dependence of the normal original gap distribution in the pm gearing and dependence of backlash value on the eccentric rotation angle have been drawn. Methodology for determination of the influence of elastic backlash on the kinematical precision and experimental curve of the angle transference error of input and output shafts have been presented.
