ARCHITECTURE AND CIVIL ENGINEERING
The paper contains methods of approximate calculation of overhaul periods of well intake operation taking into account the established rate of specific well debit decrease and wells’ mutual influence during the operation.
Methods of a full-scale wells’ investigation with the aim to receive the required data for calculation are also considered in the paper.
The main peculiarities of country estates reconstructed in Belarus from the middle of the 19th till the beginning of the 20th centuries have been investigated. All the conclusions are based on detailed and complex measurements that have been carried out by the author
The paper presents results of Marshall test in respect of samples made of mixes consisting of milled asphalt concrete, local natural stone, bitumen emulsion and cement. Strength and deformation properties of a new material correspond to the requirements of the Slovakian standards and can be applied for regeneration of asphalt concrete pavement.
METALLURGY. МЕТАL WORKING. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
The paper describes an installation and methods of experimental studies concerning heat transfer processes under forced air convection in internal channels of the flat pipes, which allow to take measurements of heat transfer intensity. The paper presents measurements of heat transfer intensity in respect of pipes with separate ribs of small height and pipes with channels, communicating with the help of round holes.
The program module has been developed on the basis of package of applied MATLAB programs which allows to calculate speed of coating sedimentation over the section of plasma stream taking into account magnetic field influence of a stabilizing coil, and also to correct the obtained value of sedimentation speed depending on the value of negative accelerating potential, arch current, technological gas pressure. The program resolves visualization of calculation results.
The paper presents methods for determination of parameters pertaining to linear-stressed metal state over a roentgenogram line offset. Results of residual macro-stress determination in coatings, formed in the electromagnetic field are cited in the paper. The paper contains an analysis of residual stress values of coatings depending on chemical composition of powders and methods of mechanical machining.
The paper contains a method of technical and economical analysis of technological processes according to such criteria as cost price, power consumption, consumption of human labour or amount of the material to be removed. Machining the part «Rukav» of 12211221-2407018Б/-01 and 1522-2407018/-01 agricultural machinery models as an example it is shown how due to utilization of new hard alloy coating of a cutting tool it is possible to reach significant economic effect.
A methodology for obtaining an empirical dependence which is used for determination of combustion chamber resource in turboshaft engines has been developed with the help of a plural linear regression method. Using this equation it is possible to determine combustion chamber resource with minimum time, intellectual and material expenses and with an error order of 5 %.
The paper considers physical and chemical processes of adhesive bond formation on the interfaces of drive toothed belt components during its manufacturing. Factors affecting bond strength, carrying ability and belt longevity are studied in the paper. The designated principle of materials used for manufacturing drive toothed belts, ensuring high indices of their physical and mechanical properties, is considered in the paper. Compounding of rubber mixes ensuring higher operational resource of the belts is developed.
INSTRUMENT ENGINEERING. INFORMATICS
The results of theoretical investigation of the intermediate element motion dynamics at vibro- impact operation mode of acoustic oscillating system are given in the paper. The dependences reflecting the influence of acoustic and technological parameters on time and force characteristics of interaction between the intermediate element and the surface to be machined have been established and investigated.
The paper proposes a technology of wear resistant coating formation on the basis of Ti. The combined technology includes electro arc evaporation in vacuum and ionic nitriding. Every technological stage of coating application has an influence on tiie structure formation of the combined coating.
TRANSPORT
Schemes and operational principles of antislippage and antiblocking trolley bus systems improving efficiency and safety of acceleration and bralang processes are described in the paper.
Ecological safety of automobile transport systems is considered on the basis of the account of transportation process efficiency. It is shown that ecological safety of transportations is estimated to a great extent by the automobile usage level in respect of run and capacity. It is proposed a criterion of a passenger transport system optimality on the basis of carrying capacity proceeding from ecological safety of transportation.
The paper considers an influence of a scraper bowl elastic suspension on vertical accelerations and operator’s movement, vertical and longitudinal and angular accelerations of a scraper and its elements, amplitude and frequency characteristics of vertical displacement of scraper mass centre.
NATURAL AND ACCURATE SCIENCES
A fluidity criterion is obtained as an exact solution of a differential equation expressing a preservation principle of elastic deformation potential nature in the active process. The criterion is intended for exposure of construction elements where irreversible deformation processes are initiated. The construction material is supposed to be isotropous and possibly heterogeneous.
HUMANITIES AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC SCIENCES
Main methods for estimation of goods’ quality level are analyzed. An improved method for estimation of consumer goods’ quality level is proposed and tested using an actual material.
The economic mechanism of power source loading on the Belarusian wholesale market of electric power is developed in the paper. The mechanism is based on the electric power cost minimization for consumers but not fuel cost as it is in the current vertically-integrated structure of power industry.
Price on the wholesale market will be minimal when there is an equality in marginal costs in respect of power purchase from the side of all power-generating companies, which are loaded by a market operator, with correction for transmission losses caused by loading sources of the corresponding power supply company. It is proved that optima of power source loading in the vertically-integrated and vertically-desintegrated power systems are the same in the case when there is a strategic collusion between power supply companies. A new organizational model of the Belarusian power industry with mechanisms stimulating power supply enteфrises to reduce power generation, transmission and distribution costs is considered in the paper. Proposals concerning improvement of tariffication in power industry are made in the paper.
Main missions of production and distributive logistics are defined in the paper. The paper gives the concept of logistic distribution channel. The possibility of its selection is analyzed, and that is a significant reserve to improve efficiency of logistic processes.
The paper considers efficiency of logistic and transport-technological systems on the basis of the relationship of aggregate gross revenue and aggregate costs of an enterprise.
The paper cites a concept of economic criterion of efficiency describing the whole logistic chain, that is from the moment of primary raw materials output to consumption of products at all stages of production and transportation of primary raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
The paper considers a didactic potential of computer technologies for professional linguistic education of economists and managers. A special attention is given to computer programs, Internet, e- mail, local area network, and text editor. The integration of linguistic education into professional education enhances personal and professional potential of economists and managers. That is why interaction between linguistic and professional education is a significant necessity and assumes a special importance in professional education of economists and managers.
The paper proposes methodology for estimating efficiency international economic relations in the sphere international cargo transportation by road for the national economy on the basis of relationship between advantages and costs of sub-systems of the unified system for automotive export services.
The paper considers and analyzes a number of methodological approaches to definition of enterprise stability. The basic distinctive features of such terms as “economic steadiness” and “economic stability” are highlighted, the essence and contents of the concept “stability of development” are determined. Classification of factors influencing on enterprise stability is offered with due account of certain conditions and economic situations. The described factorial model for determination of enterprise stability extent is based on the results of research at the enteфrises in the Republic of Belarus. Calculation of a factorial exponent of stability with the account of the most significant factors rendering influence on stability of an industrial enterprise is executed. It is substantiated that an enterprise is considered as a stable one if its factorial exponent of stability tends to the highest estimation 100.
