ARCHITECTURE AND CIVIL ENGINEERING
The paper contains fundamental provisions pertaining to conception of highway quality control and formulated problems that are necessary to solve in order to ensure system management at three levels, namely: strategic, tactical and operative.
The paper presents results of the introduction of the combined technologies for restoration of well productivity. These technologies presuppose gaseous explosions of hydrogen in water with subsequent reagent and vibro-wavy treatments and consistent treatment of filters by electric and hydraulic discharges and sub-water gaseous explosions of hydrogen.
The works have been carried at wells Nos. 18 and 17 of “Zelenovka” water well in Minsk that reduced a specific discharge due to sedimentation. The specific discharge of the wells has been increased by 4.1- and 3.8-fold that makes up respectively 90 and 106% of the specific discharge at the moment of their construction.
The purpose of the paper is to investigate utilization of foundry wastes for production of building materials. The paper shows how to solve the problem concerning recycling of wastes and economy of natural resources. Waste moulding sand and granulated cupola slag are considered in the paper. The paper has studied structural and mechanical properties of the investigated powders. Optimal ratios of the used material fi*actions ensuring obtaining of silicate brick that meets the requirements of the current standards have been determined in the paper.
The paper proposes the generalized model of heat transfer in civil structures of various configuration at different initial and boundary conditions.
The paper considers main directions of geosynthetical material application in water supply systems, transport and nature protection engineering. Progressive engineering solutions and prospects of development and introduction of new geosynthetical materials and structures while applying them are studied in the paper.
METALLURGY. МЕТАL WORKING. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
The paper offers a generalized mathematical model for determination of diametrical dimension errors along a shaft axis while executing lathe machining. This model is based on the account of elastic displacement of the technological system elements, namely: shaft supports, blanks experiencing cutting forces and tool wear. The developed model and conducted investigations allow to make forecasting and control accuracy of the shaft surface formation while making turning process.
The mathematical model for dissolution process of a powder material in steel melt is proposed in the paper. The model permits to take into account mixing hydrodynamics on the basis of the Navier-Stokes equations. One of the industrial out-of-furnace treatment schemes taken as an example demonstrates the opportunities to model a carbon dissolution in a ladle.
The paper considers peculiar features concerning a microrelief formation of grooves, turnings and chutes while executing «in widening» machining at numerically and program controlled machine tools. Some results of the experimental research are presented in the paper.
A mathematical model for calculation of kinetics displacement of a heating centre is developed that allows to predict a process of structure formation of a horizontal casting.
It is shown that a value of a thermal centre displacement ΔR depends on heating parameters of casting process: a specific heat flow in a mould, melt over-heating, temperatures of casting surface and it does not depend on casting speed.
It is possible to reduce the value ΔR in two ways: reduction of melt over-heating and creation of identical cooling conditions at the top and bottom casting zones outside of a mould.
INSTRUMENT ENGINEERING. INFORMATICS
The paper considers a possibility to ensure uniformity of coating spraying on disk-type parts due to control of technological parameters of the process. It is shown that one of the possible ways to create coatings with uniform thickness (density of abrasive particle distribution) is to change expenditure of a material to be deposited (abrasive suspension) in time and according to the linear law.
Results of the experimental research pertaining to surface heat balance in the Zakhariana-Head reflexogenic zones of lungs, heart and liver are given in the paper. Thermogram analysis of more than 200 persons has shown that if there is a pathology of internal organs then a hypo- or hyperthermia are observed in the Zakhariana - Head zones. Thermo-neutrality of the Zakhariana - Head (ZH) zone is typical for a norm and testifies about either recovery or steady remission. Experimental data proves an adequacy of the proposed biophysical model of interdependence of bloodstream in the ZH reflexogenic zone and corresponding internal organ.
Wearing process of balls in an angular ball bearing has been investigated in the paper. Force affecting a separator from the side of balls is determined theoretically. Wear rate may be calculated with a formula for abrasive wear while substituting numerical parameter values of the investigated ball bearing for formula symbols.
TRANSPORT
An analysis of automated control traffic systems in the Republic of Belarus is presented in the paper. As a result of the analysis a classification of existing and designed systems is given in the paper. The paper contains a list of technical means required for systems of a various level and perspective tracks concerning further development of systems are determined in the paper.
The paper gives a brief analysis in the field of creation of biologically split pressure fluids and lubricants. Characteristics and properties of biologically decomposed МГ-46БР oil which has been developed at the BNTU are presented in the paper. The paper contains a scheme of a laboratory-scale plant and a methodology for experimental comparative estimation of fluid property influence on power indices of a hydraulic drive. It has been shown that according to its properties and a power-saving criterion the МГ-46БР oil meets the standard requirements and it can be applied in the systems of power hydraulic drives of mobile and technological machinery as a working fluid which is an altemative to mineral oils.
ЕСOLOGY. RESOURCE SAVING
The paper takes into account as mechanisms of fall-out formation, which are rather typical for the area of Gomel, so various mechanisms causing changes in radiation situation in the considered area for the period that has passed after the accident at the Chernobyl Atomic Power Station. Correctness of the received estimations is shown by satisfactory concurrence of caesium-137 and strontium-90 contaminative density values, that have been obtained by the authors, with the results of works executed by other researchers using other methodical basis.
POWER ENGINEERING
A theoretical model of magnetic fluid seal is proposed and it permits to carry out calculation of its static characteristics while using analytical methods. Comparison of theoretical and experimental results shows an adequacy of the proposed model to the actual situation.
HUMANITIES AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC SCIENCES
The paper is devoted to an application of the co-evolution methodology to the social space. Principles of instability and non-linearity that are typical for contemporary natural science are used as a theoretical background of a new social methodology. Authors try to prove that the co-evolution strategy has a long pre-history in the ancient oriental philosophy and manifests itself in forms of modem culture
Production is considered as a process, where people, being interconnected by some certain production relations, create material benefits in the form of means of production and personal items that are necessary for people existence. The production involves two components - productive forces and production relations of people. Production is to be carried out continuously because in the place of the used benefits it is necessary to create new ones with taking into account materia! and spiritual needs of the society. It follows from the above-mentioned facts that it plays the main role in the system of economic relations..
The paper considers an opportunity for obtaining a competitive advantage by a transport and dispatch service company in the market of transport services while establishing a logistic system of load delivery. A model of delivery system, an universal scheme of system designing for every specific case are presented and also indices for evaluation of its operational quality are proposed in the paper.
