ARCHITECTURE AND CIVIL ENGINEERING
The paper describes a mechanism of a canal bed flow influence on its slopes. The formulas are presented to determine velocity limits against washout of slopes. These formulas allow to estimate separately stability of the slopes as well as a bed bottom. The paper contains diagrams for distribution of average velocity values measured on vertical and velocity limits along a canal width. The methodology for selection of reinforcing types differentiated according to depth on the basis of velocity distribution diagrams.
The executed investigations make it possible to calculate crack’s length and opening development in the concrete elements.
The paper reveals an influence of storm water quality from territories of machine-building enterprises on parameters of waste water treatment systems. «The criterion of relative storm water stabilization» has been theoretically justified and experimentally proved in the paper. This criterion makes it possible to carry off main quantity of contamination and storm water of an enterprise while passing waste water treatment systems.
The most widely-spread type of a rural dwelling-house in the Hainan province presenting the most populated part of China is a «Siheyuan» country estate. Its lay-out structure contains an open internal courtyard and all the buildings are practically always located symmetrically relative to a central axis on the sides of the courtyard. The Siheyuan composition permits to divide it in elements which are convenient for a separate construction and for being connected in multi-element block-schemes. In this connection the designing block-module method can be recommended as the most prospective one for improvement of the methodology for designing rural dwelling houses. Their large-scale construction on the valley territories of the Hainan province is planned by the leadership of the People’s Republic of China.
METALLURGY. МЕТАL WORKING. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
The paper considers requirements to CAM-systems for provision of high-speed multi-coordinate milling, principles of generation and recommendations on trajectory programming for high-speed machining, influence of vibration and balancing of the technological system on parameters of the machining accuracy, characteristics of a cutting tool, types of tool coatings that is rather actual for improvement of accuracy and quality of intricate profile parts.
Formation of topography, geometrical structure and micro-hardness of pig iron billet surface is considered in the paper. Mathematical models pertaining to formation of the above-mentioned characteristics of surface quality according to parameters of machining regime have been developed on the basis of the executed investigations.
Machining using abrasive particle flow with the help of special machine-tool attachments designed with an application of mathematical modeling is applied for mechanization and provision of equal cleaning of small diameter surfaces with rather complicated accessibility.
The paper shows results of shock-abrasive wear tests of coatings obtained by electro-contact flashing. Iron- and nickel-base powders and their mixture are used as a filler material. metallographic investigations of the obtained coatings are presented in the paper.
INSTRUMENT ENGINEERING. INFORMATICS
The paper considers problems pertaining to simulation of multi-support machine vibrations by means of ADMOS programming product. A mathematical model of the multi-support machine is presented and its main geometric and physical and mechanical parameters are given in the paper. The paper reveals analysis results of the vibration processes and observes variables in time and frequency areas. The investigations have made it possible to obtain amplitude and frequency and statistical characteristics of the machine mass centre acceleration during its motion along various types of roads
TRANSPORT
The paper contains review and analysis of fuel supply process in accumulator diesel systems with electronic control at starting regime. The necessity has been shown to develop and use programs of mathematic simulation pertaining to fuel supply processes with the purpose to decrease number of bench tests and time period required for a fuel system adaptation. The paper cites results of practical investigations on starting engines equipped with the mentioned-above systems.
NATURAL AND ACCURATE SCIENCES
A method for constructing a subset of labeled objects which is used in a heuristic algorithm of possible clusterization with partial training is proposed in the paper. The method is based on data preprocessing by the heuristic algorithm of possible clusterization using a transitive closure of a fuzzy tolerance. Method efficiency is demonstrated by way of an illustrative example.
HUMANITIES AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC SCIENCES
The paper considers main approaches to the investigation of a social stratification which exists in a modern scientific tradition. Methodology has been developed and proposed on the basis of investigations executed in monitoring regime by the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The methodology makes it possible to set out a stratification of the Belarusian society with due account of consumer needs, possibilities and level of deprivation. The paper presents an economical structure of the Belarusian society as a whole. Regional peculiarities of the stratification in view of a settlement type have been analyzed in the paper as well.
It has been determined that sustainable and safety operation of a transport system and also efficient functioning of transport infrastructure depend on introduction of modern systems and technologies of passenger and load transportation with usage of logistic approaches. The paper cites results of marketing investigations testifying to availability of the potential for formation of a transport and logistic system in the Republic. A conclusion has been made that realization of the mentioned key ideas shall allow efficiently to integrate in the world economic system.

They investigate archetypes of unconscious which are linked with up-to-date conception of Justice. Ethics of psychoanalysis interprets the category of Justice from humanistic positions in the context of the techno-genesis processes.
The paper presents main principles for execution of current and strategic restructuring of national enterprises while using experience of countries with developed market economy. The principles contribute to higher efficiency in internal industrial relations at national industrial enterprises.
The paper presents a methodological approach for studying self-preservation students’ behavior by means of constructing a theoretical model which is based on theoretical typology.
Economic relations in respect of appropriation do not exist beyond and besides industrial relations. Their historical specificity is attributed to a method of connecting labour force with production goods. Development of property and production take place in the process of their interaction on single material and economic basis.
