DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH OF MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF DIAMOND BLANK OSCILLATORY MOVEMENT DURING ITS SAWING WHILE USING CENTRIFUGAL VIBRATOR
Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to develop a mathematical model of sawing section blank movement with a centrifugal vibrator and investigate oscillatory movement parameters of the blank at various modes and operational conditions of a vibrodrive. The obtained results allow to determine a rational arrangement of sawing section elements with a centrifugal vibrator and also optimum modes of its operation when it is possible to ensure the best amplitude and time stable parameters of the oscillatory movement of a diamond blank to be sawed .
