Labour Market of Specialists in the Republic of Belarus: Problems of Theory and Practice

Abstract

Theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of formation and regulation of labour market of specialists in Belarus have been considered in the paper. The paper has shown specific features of this segment of labour market, problems and shortcomings in employment of specialists. The paper contains practical recommendations on the optimization of labour market of specialists. The ideas and conclusions of the paper may be used while teaching social, economic and management subjects, conducting research works in respect of problems concerning social and labour relations and professional education in the Republic of Belarus.
