INVESTIGATION OF COATING DEPOSITION UNIFORMITY WITH ABRASIVE SUSPENSION SPRAYING ON CUTTING DISKS TAKEN AS EXAMPLE

Abstract

The paper considers a possibility to ensure uniformity of coating spraying on disk-type parts due to control of technological parameters of the process. It is shown that one of the possible ways to create coatings with uniform thickness (density of abrasive particle distribution) is to change expenditure of a material to be deposited (abrasive suspension) in time and according to the linear law.
