Abstract

The paper contains an analysis of the developed system intended for traffic safety increase in the city accident centres. A block diagram of the given system is constructed and shortcomings of the existing situation are reflected in the paper. The paper gives a description of necessary actions for creation of methodological principles for traffic safety increase in the city accident centres in theRepublicofBelarus.

Main statements pertaining to road traffic organization in the city accident centres based on due account of all types of losses in road traffic and a quality evaluation of the taken decisions are justified in the paper. The paper determines practical, scientific and scientific and methodological problems concerning creation of the system intended for traffic safety increase.
