Mathematical Description of Impact Interaction Parameters of Vibro-Acoustic System with Rigid Base

Abstract

The mathematical model of the open vibro-acoustic system of the modernized machine tool cutting section is studied in the paper. The paper gives design, description and operational principle. A special non-linear law of unloaded end face vibrations is offered. The law gives more precise description of its interaction process with rigid base. Estimations of dynamic parameters of interaction have been made. The paper contains an analysis of motion law of the system and qualitative conclusions and values of power characteristics have been obtained.
