Social Need in Reforming Economic System of Belarussian Society
Abstract
The paper contains theoretical generalization of sociological‘research at the Minsk Bearing Plant. In this connection" the paper reveals key orientations of workers in simultaneous improvement of macroeconomic model and organization and economic structure of opep joint-stock company that exist in Belarus. In accordance with the exposed mental predisposition of primary production participants it is possible to outline new managing parties of democratic type: state and people’s joint-stock enterprise and state and people’s joint venture.
