Principles for Control of Scientific and Technical Products’ Competitiveness

Abstract

The paper presents a totality of successive and interdependent methods of planning, analysis, control, regulation and stimulation for formation and utilization of competitive advantages of specific scientific and technical products. Their peculiar feature is to use a scientific and technical products’ competitiveness as a main effectiveness criterion of research activity. The paper presents results of their practical application at Unitary Enterprise «КВТЕМ-SO».
