MODELING OF OPTIMUM COMPANY MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

Abstract

The paper considers one of directions concerning the solution of the problem for optimization of the managerial staff of entrepreneurial structures on the basis of a matrix method of flow theory. The set of tools of the method allows to reduce the number of managers, senior staff and employees of an organization by means of redistribution of time required for performing specific managerial and administrative functions within structural divisions. In this regard an important point is preservation of total duration of an administrative cycle.

The effect of the optimization is a reasonable reduction of organization’s funds on labor payment, which is of current importance for the present situation in the Republic of Belarus. Besides, the solution of the specified problem contributes to receiving indirect economic benefits.

The suggested method was examined by the author on a concrete example.
