В результате расчетов получено, что энергия первого оптического перехода равна 1,6 эВ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper proposes a simple approximate method for calculation of energy spectrum of  two-dimensional nanostructures on the basis of the Xa method and energy of valence electrons in the main and first excited state for Si12 cluster.
