Девелопмент как вид предпринимательской деятельности появился на рынке строительной недвижимости Беларуси относительно недавно, но уже активно проявил себя при реализации крупных проектов строительства бизнес-центров и объектов жилой недвижимости. Эффективность девелоперской деятельности обеспечивается за счет доступного финансирования, эффективного строительства и положительной динамики цен на приобретение и аренду объектов недвижимости в Беларуси.
Development, as a type of entrepreneurial activity, has appeared rather recently on the market of building real estate in Belarus but this phenomena has already proved itself actively in the implementation of large-scale projects pertaining to construction of business centers and residential property. The efficiency of development activity is provided by the available funding, efficient construction and positive dynamics of prices for purchase and rent of real estate in Belarus.
