Рассматриваются два подхода для оценки текущего состояния дел в социуме, которым может быть предприятие, регион, социальная группа и т. п. Оценивание выполняется на основании анкетного опроса. Анкета содержит перечень факторов, и респондент отмечает степень влияния, по его мнению, каждого фактора на текущее состояние дел. В результате применения методов теории нечетких множеств мнение респондента (содержание анкеты) преобразуется в числовое значение Z, по которому определяется уровень текущего состояния дел (рейтинг исследуемой проблемы) в социуме.
Первый подход. Все факторы равнозначны и в опросе участвуют N респондентов. (Это могут быть сотрудники предприятия, жители территории, представители социальной группы и т. д.)
Второй подход. Факторы неравнозначны, данные в анкету вносятся экспертом (один респондент).
The paper considers two approaches for an evaluation of a current society status considered which can be represented by an enterprise, a region, a social group etc. The evaluation has been carried out on the basis of questionnaire. The questionnaire contains a list of factors, and a respondent makes marks which reflect his/her personal opinion pertaining to rate influence of every factor on the current situation. While applying methods of a fuzzy-set theory the respondent’s opinion (questionnaire content) has been transformed in numerical value Z which serves for determination of the current status rate (an investigated problem rating) in the society.
The first approach. All the factors are equivalent and N respondents are involved in questionnaire campaign. (The respondents can be represented by enterprise personnel, inhabitants of a territory, representatives of social group etc.)
The second approach. The factors are inadequate, the questionnaire data is entered by an expert (one respondent).
