Рассматриваются концепция и методы формирования системы производственных норм и нормативов, логически обоснована схема выбора варианта соответствующей системы в зависимости от факторов внешней и внутренней среды. Приведены классификация производственных норм и нормативов и основные признаки, лежащие в основе данной классификации. Определены критерии оценки эффективности хозяйственной деятельности предприятия на основе производственных нормативов.
The paper considers a conception and methods of system formation of production norms and standards. Scheme of Variant selection of corresponding system depending on factors of outside and inside conditions is logically substantiated. The paper gives classification of production norms and standards and its main features. The paper has determined criteria which make it possible to evaluate efficiency of economic activity of an enterprise on the basis of production standards.
