Исследованы закономерности подрезания профиля центрального колеса радиально-плунжерной передачи при его изготовлении фрезерованием. Установлено, что периодический профиль можно заменить сочетанием прямых линий и дуг окружностей. Эту аппроксимацию наиболее просто производить при помощи ЭВМ, используя среду Auto Cad.
Приведены результаты аппроксимации профиля центрального колеса при числах зубьев 17, 34 и 50 для его работы в паре с ведущим кулачком - эксцентриком различных диаметров.
The paper studies laws of facing a central wheel profile of radial-plunger during its milling manufacturing. It has been revealed that it is possible to replace a periodic profile by a combination of direct lines and arcs of circles. It is rather easy to create this approximation with the help of electronic computer using Auto Cad media.
The paper contains the results of approximation of a central wheel profile with the number of teeth - 17, 34 and 50 for its operation together with a guide cam which is an eccentric of various diameters.
