В целях снижения отрицательного воздействия автотранспорта на окружающую среду предложен новый подход к решению проблем, обеспечивающих уменьшение загрязнения воздушного бассейна выхлопными газами, определены направления улучшения экологических характеристик автомобилей и предложены пути эффективного управления экологической безопасностью АТС.
In order to diminish transport attack on the environment the paper suggests a new approach to the solution of the problems which ensure diminution of air basin pollution with exhaust gas. Proposals relative to improvement of ecological characteristics of automobiles and efficient control of ecological safety of transport facilities are given in the paper.
