Современные условия хозяйствования требуют использования новых подходов к управлению предприятием. Проведенный анализ показал недостаточность существующих методов управления в авторемонтном производстве. Предлагается использовать нетрадиционные для отечественной практики экономические методы: контроллинг, управление по целям и стратегию как определяющие методы для возможности гибкого реагирования на потребности рынка.
Modem conditions of economy require an application of new approaches to enterprise management. The analysis has shown insufficiency of existing methods of management in automative repair service. The paper contains the proposal to use economical methods which may be considered as non-conventional ones for domestic practice, namely: controlling, management by objects and strategy as a determining method which gives an opportunity to react flexibly on the market requirements.
