Научно обоснованы мероприятия, необходимые для повышения безопасности движения на регулируемых перекрестках вне зависимости от геометрических параметров последних, режимов работы светофорных объектов, корректировки условий движения и пр. Предусмотрена возможность оценки существующих вариантов организации движения с точки зрения принятия данных мероприятий.
The paper contains scientific substantiation of measures that are necessary in order to improve road safety at traffic controlling crossroads irrespective of their geometric parameters, operational modes of traffic lights, corrections in traffic and others. Possibility of estimation of the existing traffic organization variants from the point of view of the given measures is stipulated in the paper.
